Your Task:

· Interface with SW leads across PSI projects, Understand the project requirements for the respective competency, Effort estimation.

o Scheduling based on project priorities, Work allocation to team members and support to deliver, Ensure rework should be less than 5% for respective technical competencies.

· Building the Technical Competency across PSW modules with external /internal trainings. Branching strategy, Errata Management and propagation. Standardization and reuse of the component

· Build standard documentation repository. Review of work progress - Track and monitor the deliverables of the team. Review of work products and ensure to follow Dev processes (QAC/CI/Dev Test/etc)

· Keep track of all CR/PR Aging/backlog with respect to the competency, Roadmap for new concepts and align with BSW team. Support of software-specific competency topics with internal and customers (e.g. project-specific technical concepts and error analysis)

Your Profile:

8+ years of professional experience in the field of embedded software development in Automotive Industry.
Experience in 16/32 bit microcontrollers (Infineon Family) and software build and developemnt test process
Experience in AUTOSAR Architecture (COM, MCAL/OS, DCM, MemStack, ECUM, BSWM, WdgM,CDD, etc).
Expert in OS concpets (MicroSAR)
Expert in Vector Davinci Tools(Configurator,Developer),EB Tresos
