About the Team

 

ZF SCALAR cloud native fleet orchestration platform serving customers in providing real time updates on their fleet and ability to monitor the health of the asset via inhouse telematics and ability to support other data sources depending on their needs.

 

As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you play a crucial role in overseeing and guiding the technical aspects of Salesforce solutions development and implementation.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of business processes to ensure the Salesforce system aligns with the organization's needs.

Here are some key responsibilities and qualifications typically associated with this role:

 

What you can look forward to as Salesforce Technical Lead (m/f/d)

 

  • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions leveraging the Salesforce platform.
  • Develop custom solutions and interfaces using Apex Classes, VisualForce pages, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
  • Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation
  • Create and maintain technical documentation including design specifications, deployment guides, and system support guides.
  • System Configuration: Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and validation rules to align with business processes and requirements.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and manage reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance and support decision-making processes.
  • Training and Support: Provide training sessions and ongoing support to end-users to promote effective use of Salesforce tools and features.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with various stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and IT teams, to identify opportunities for leveraging Salesforce to improve business processes.
  • Perform code reviews to ensure high code quality and appropriate design patterns.
  • Mentor and supervise development team members ( as the practice grows).
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce updates and features to provide guidance on best practices.
  • Able to lead and deliver multiple projects parallelly under tight timelines. 

 

Your Profile as Salesforce Technical Lead (m/f/d)

 

  • 8 ~13 years of relevant experience
    • 5+ years project experience in a hands-on technical leadership position
    • 4+ years or more experience with Salesforce in a development or configuration capacity
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce CRM platform, its modules, architecture, and best practices.
  • Experience building integrations with Salesforce and 3rd-party APIs with the Salesforce platform. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce SOAP API, REST API, and BULK API
  • Proficiency in Salesforce development tools and methodologies.
  • Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Developer (DEV401), Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM201), and others.
