  • Lead the Digital Solutions Sales, Sales Operations and Business Development for After Market


Reporting to:

  • Head of Digital Solutions Business (India), Head of Customer Solutions (India)


Work Location : Chennai or Bangalore or Pune



  • Responsible for developing and implementing the Growth strategy for After Market Digital Solutions
  • To develop Channel partners - distributors / dealers to improve sales & service
  • Responsible for Sales and Sales Operations to ensure customer satisfaction / delight
  • To devise and enter in to long term contracts with customers with good experience in negotiating contracts with fleets and other aftermarket channels / customers
  • Provide to the organization the vision, and strategic leadership to develop the Fleets Segment to its full potential across the region. Lead and drive the planning and implementation of the regional business strategy.
  • Driving Fleet Digital Solutions Business by working with customers across Industries as well as with partner organizations (Strategy for Business, Sales, Marketing, Technology, Customer Service,…)
  • Market development for existing and emerging customers and sectors; establish strong customer network and identify business opportunities.
  • Development of an annual business and operating plan to guide the business.


Qualification & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in business or related area of study. MBA considered as a strong asset.
  • 10 years+ in Industrial sales, Fleet Sales, Channel sales in Automotive industry and related diversified experience across other segments. At least 3 years leading the national sales, gained with relevant and proven skills in setting up team and growing businesses through new customer acquisitions, penetrating to new segments of highly competitive products

  • An anticipating Self-starter with a passion for entrepreneurship and continuous growth
  • Change management capabilities in order to lead transformation initiatives. Mindset of a change agent. Experience in cross-functional, transformational projects.
  • Proven experience in working with remote, multicultural & international teams. Cross –cultural resourcefulness.
  • Fluent English. Knowledge of Hindi / any other language is considered as a plus.
  • Experience in building, leading and inspiring larger teams working directly or through channels.
