About the team:
Drive adoption of Front End solutions across the region to maximize customer satisfaction and commercial impact. Drive customer life cycle communication programs by optimizing conversion funnels, and optimizing and managing our marketing automation programs.
What you can look forward as Marketing Automation Specialist:
- Identify and manage the web and online ordering UX improvements, prioritize and inform the development roadmap for execution together with the digital team.
- Collaborate cross functionally with business, marketing, product and technical teams to execute intuitive user experiences for our customers and prospects on ZF AM web portals
- Create and implement user research and testing methods/processes to gather feedback (Satisfaction Surveys, Feedback mechanism, NPS etc.) and translate into acti on able outcomes
- Own regional Front End Solutions KPIs and drive improvement measures.
- Design, plan, manage, analyze, support and continuously improve regional customer life-cycle management campaigns, utilizing our marketing automation and CRM suite.
- Manage the performance of our regional demand nurturing funnels, by effectively influencing all key decisionmakers that impact the success of demand generation programs.
- Track and analyze performance campaign data from email (nurture) campaigns, and use insights to improve email campaign and landing page quality scores
- Manage and optimize our lead nurturing email campaigns, by taking a data driven approach and improving across all relevant email and lead nurture metrics.
- Plan, manage, and roll out email and marketing automation plans, with defined goals using customer insight and analytical data.
Your profile as Marketing Automation Specialist:
- Minimum 8 – 12 years of experience within digital marketing & marketing automation environment. (certification isa strong plus)
Knowledge of how back-end systems such as CRM, marketing automation, profiles, access & entitlement integrate into the digital experience and associated business processes
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage digital and behavioral metrics and insights to drive business decisions or direction - Experience with Web analytics and A/B Testi ng tools e.g. Optimizely, Visual Website Optimize is preferred
- Experience with Online Survey tools / Online behavior capturing software such as Hotjar is preferred
Proven expertise of managing marketing automation platform in a multi -territory environment
