We are looking for a Plant Manager (m/f/d) at our location in Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler.

Your tasks:

Steer the setup project for the greenfield location in Niederzissen
Lead and develop plant team with passion as well as drive financial and operational performance of the location
Foster an environment of continuous improvement and create a long-term vision as well as develop strategic and operational planning for the location
Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Your profile

Solid working experience in operations (esp. Lean Management) and relevant functions (esp. Project Management)
Leadership experience incl. coaching/mentoring skills
Transformation competence and organizational development skills
Business / finance management acumen as well as result-driven and solution-oriented
Fluent German and English language skills
