Sales Supervisor

We are looking for an enthusiastic new sales person to Aftermarket sales team in Tokyo, Japan.
Your Tasks:
- Manages sales business in the country
- Drives sales development within the country in line with defined brand and sales strategy as well as market share and profitability targets, in alignment with the Sub-Region Head, Japan.
- Takes ownership and responsibility for the business plan of the country
- Adjusts the sales/marketing approach to the needs of the countries' customers, ensuring profitable business and market shares are delivered
- Negotiates agreements with customers in line with given targets and delivers operational customer sales support on daily basis
- Leads and develops with a solid line a team of sales responsible and supporting team
- Agrees and ensures delivery of sales, profitability and customer satisfaction targets for the respective customer base
- Defines and implements individual KPIs for the team in a way that sales/profitability targets and customer expectations can be delivered
- Actis as key account sales representative either for OES or selected IAM accounts
Your Profile:
- Deep understanding of automotive and industrial business, market trends and innovation
- 10 years of Automotive aftermarket experience is preferrable
- 3 years experience of team management is plus
- Engineering of commercial background and solid product expertise
- Being comfortable with working in multinational culture
- Fluent in Japanese and English
