About the team:

The [pro] Academy Lead is responsible for leading training activities across all Commercial Vehicle Aftermarket channels (OE, OES, IAM) in North America. This role ensures the development and coordination of high-impact training content and delivery formats that align with both customer needs and business goals. The lead supports a growing network of trainers and oversees all aspects of content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking. 

 

What you can look forward to as a [pro] Academy Lead: 

  • Develop and deliver training programs that support Commercial Vehicle Aftermarket customers and update existing training content based on product changes or market feedback.
  • Support both classroom and digital learning formats, including webinar and e-learning. 
  • Coordinate training schedules and support planning across team.
  • Manage and lead Train-the-Trainer (T2T) programs for regional trainers and help onboard new trainers and field service engineers (FSE’s) and support their knowledge transfer.
  • Schedule sessions and align trainers, FSE’s, and resources with demand and maintain strong communication with internal teams and field trainers.
  • Work with marketing, legal, and engineering to align content branding and compliance.
  • Write scripts and build training videos or visuals, manage training props and kits including diagnostic tools and displays, and ensure content translations are managed for Spanish and French markets when needed.
  • Maintain user accounts and records in the Academy LMS. 
  • Support integration with Salesforce and other training platforms, track KPI’s and training attendance, and issue certificates, and customize portal tools and manage API requests as needed.
  • Act as the main point of contact for Academy inquiries in North America, support onsite trainings and events across the region, and share global training materials with the regional teams and make adjustments based on local requirements.
  • Willing to travel (up to 30%) across North America

 

Your profile as a [pro] Academy Lead: 

  • Bachelor's Degree or Associate’s Degree with equivalent experience
  • 5+ years experience in training or Aftermarket program support
  • Understanding of the Commercial Vehicle industry and technical product knowledge
  • Strong planning and communication skills, comfortable working with cross-functional teams
  • Prior experience with LMS systems and content creation tools preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish or French is a plus
