ZF CV Systems North America, LLC has job openings (multiple) for the position of Project Manager II based out of its location in Auburn Hills, MI.

Job Duties:  This is a project management position, responsible to plan, control and follow-up on multiple ongoing projects to ensure timely, accurate execution of project goals & deliverables; Organize & oversee execution of project work by cross-functional project teams; Ensure execution of Sales or Change projects; Ensure assigned ADAS Segment projects are timely delivered, within scope & budget; Drive projects through phases & gate reviews per GDPEP development process; Drive escalation & decision by regular reporting to management; Assist in defining project scope & objectives, involving stakeholders & ensuring technical feasibility; Perform project risk assessments; Measure project performance; Coordinate development activities & production with internal & customer teams; Drive project management principles throughout organization; Adapt departmental plans & priorities to address resource & operational challenges; Provide technical guidance to project stakeholders & teams; Apply knowledge of related disciplines to address issues beyond own team; Exercise judgment within set procedures & policies to determine appropriate action; and Identify applications of functional knowledge & existing methodologies to complex problems. A hybrid (in-office and telecommute) work schedule is available. 

Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Project Management, or related field, plus 2 years of experience in project management occupations in the automotive industry, and demonstrated experience with: IATF 16949; Building or contributing to business cases; Manufacturing or automotive industries; Microsoft Project; 6 Sigma Methodologies; and SAP.
