Customer Success Manager (Digital System Solutions)

Responsibilities

  • Executes implementation of digital solution for fleet accounts.
  • Drives & delivers implementation projects for fleet accounts, using established methodologies and supported by field-operations teams resources assigned by Regional Sales & Business Development Mgr.
  • Coordinate and provide activities to ensure the delivery of product and services in line with Quality, Cost and Delivery projects targets based on customer requirements.
  • Coordinate and engage with European counterparts across SySol Digital to influence required actions, meet project objectives and support the project implementation of strategic accounts.
  • Builds efficient channels to ensure proper communication towards customer accounts and DCS stakeholders. 
  • Drives project management for assigned accounts, supported by Service support and EU Field Operations teams, resources assigned by Regional Digital Solutions Leader

 

Education and Experience

  • Business or engineering background
  • Deep understanding of digital solutions and services
  • Familiarity with Wabco product portfolio, experience with commercial vehicles, transport or logistics industry a bonus
  • Advanced social capabilities
  • Strong project management and matrix collaboration skills.
  • Creative with problem-solving abilities
  • Business-Focused
  • Technical software acumen
