Responsibilities:                                                                                                                        

  • Performs assignments in accordance with established safety policies and procedures
  • Adheres to the Quality Policy, including all items assigned to this position in accordance with OMS procedures, & work instructions
  • Performs any specified quality assurance checks designated for each job, function or assignment 
  • Demonstrate the ability to meet production standards on specific assignments within a reasonable time, depending on the degree of difficulty operate equipment, to meet the requirement of customers and build schedules
  • Maintain cleanliness in work areas, in compliance with assigned work site tasks
  • Execute specified installation and part assembly per verbal or written instructions. 
  • Inspect, test and verify completion of product components and final assemble units
  • Conduct analysis of nonconformance’s, troubleshoot, and modify as necessary
  • Document, package and ship per OMS, or verbal/ written instructions
  • Ability to become knowledgeable of multiple operational tasks, and various workstations 
  • Participate in training activities including, but not limited to quality, safety, and operations
  • Demonstrate continuous improvement through rotation of operational workstations as required by supervisors                                                                                                                     

 

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/ GED preferred
  • Experienced working in a team oriented environment preferred
  • Manufacturing experience preferred

  • Stand for extended periods of time 
  • Frequently lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally lift up to 40 lbs, and correctly lift up to 75 lbs *
  • Occasionally to frequently bend, twist and squat 
  • Perform fast-paced repetitive use of both right and left hands, including light-grasping, pushing, pulling, reaching, and carrying

  • Machinery operation requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to; eye safety glasses and steel toe shoes
