Job Description

We are looking for a new colleague in the ZF Workshop Centre department at our location in Assago (MI) - Italy.

As a Workshop Products & Processes Specialist, you will play a key role in streamlining workshop operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

What you can look forward to:

• Designing, managing, and optimizing processes for repair activities.
• Overseeing and updating product documentation.
• Planning and controlling workshop activities.
• Acting as a Lean Production Officer, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Managing workshop certifications and audits to ensure compliance.
• Developing and managing resource competencies.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Management Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities for day-to-day operations.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset (internal and external stakeholders).
• Strong interest and willingness to drive digitalization initiatives.
• Fluent in Italian and a good level of English.
• Possession of a valid Category B driving license.
