We are looking for a new colleague in the IT department at our location in Assago (MI) - Italy

What you can look forward to as WIO Service Delivery: 

•    Management of all network issues
•    Introduction of new services that requires IT support
•    Interface for all incidents on IT services provided
•    Maintaining policies related to data security 
•    Maintain Security Posture of Servers

Your profile as WIO Service Delivery: 

•    Diploma in IT, desirable Bachelor in IT
•    1-2 years experience in IT department in structured company 
•    English language at a good level, both written and spoken - mainly technical computing area
•    Knowledge of active and wireless network equipment
•    Server management, monitoring and diagnostics
•    Structured cabling, mainly Ethernet CAT5 or 6 type
•    Skills on TCP/IP protocol management and configuration
•    Knowledge of virtual environments managed with VMWARE
•    Knowledge of hardware architectures of systems (typical, Cluster, Virtual)
•    Fundamental systems knowledge of major Microsoft operating systems
•    Knowledge of networking and routing network, system and application security, Microsoft SQL systems and major information services
•    Skills in problem solving
