What you can look forward to as Technical Service Field Engineer (m/f/d) Industrial Application:

• Supply field mobile service, commissioning activities, diagnosis, failure analysis, light field repair and technical training to Customers for industrial applications as Rail, ropeway, stationary package and off-road vehicles.
• Manage technical claims and requested technical support of OE or aftermarket customers.
• Manage no-conformity claims and retrofit activities with OE and End-Customer.
• Develop workshop tasks and processes to improve workshop performance.

Your profile as Technical Service Field Engineer (m/f/d) Industrial Application:

• Experience in maintenance and repair of mechanical and electric component and troubleshooting ability and Experience in Technical Support for Customers.
• University degree or diploma in mechanical engineering.
• Driving license B, IT basic skill, Italian and English fluent.
• Aptitude to interpersonal relationship and teamwork, strong customer orientation both internal and external. Excellent communication and listening skills across a wide group of audiences.
• Flexibility, high motivation and mobility.
• Willingness to travel.
• Initiative and decision making.
