OES CUSTOMER CONTACT (m/f/d)

We are looking for a new colleague in the OES (Original Equipment Services) department at our location in Assago (MI) - Italy

Your tasks as OES customer contact:

• Be the first contact for customer’s needs and problem resolution
• Order entry/EDI follow-up
• Prices database maintenance
• Payment reporting
• Management of customer data at SAP

Your profile as OES customer contact:

• Technical diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in sales environment, like customer service or sales support
• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving attitude, positive dynamism and commercial mindset
• Demonstrated negotiation skills, with a customer-focused approach
• Native Italian, fluent in English; additional languages like German will be considered as a plus
• Good team spirit and interpersonal skills
• SAP basic knowledge, good knowledge in Office 365

The expected salary level for the position is 2^ according to the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for employees of companies in the Tertiary, Distribution, and Services sectors, with a starting salary of 33.000; the compensation package will be based on the provisions of the National Collective Bargaining Agreement. Actual salary will be determined based on qualifications, competencies, experience and market conditions.
