What you can look forward to as Backoffice OE Sales (m/f/d):

• Customer quotation, cost collection and support for margin calculation
• Customer orders processing, preparation and delivery of order’s confirmation
• Delivery dates monitoring, management criticalities
• Release for customer material shipment
• Payments monitoring, overdue claim
• Non conformity filing and management
• Internal reporting and external  on customer’s portals
• New customer and new item card creation

Your profile Backoffice OE Sales (m/f/d):

• 2+ years of proven experience in back-office activities 
• Fluent English language written and spoken; German language is considered a plus
• Database management
• Diploma or Bachelor degree in economics or communication
• SAP or similar knowledge
• MS Office complete package
• Attitude to interpersonal relationship and team work
