About the team:
We strengthen our Team in Bus OEM and Fleet Sales in the Division Commercial Vehicle Solutions located in Arifiye, Sakarya
- Key Account Management Team Bus EMEA, responsible for Bus OEM in Türkiye, Middle East and Afrika
- Responsible for maintaining and increasing share of markets for all ZF products from our division
- Bridge function with internal stakeholders to manage various topics
- Entire responsibility for the customer relationship management
What you can look forward to as Technical Sales Expert:
- Responsible for the technical sales for OEM and Fleet Customers in the regions
- Project and Prototype Management with customers and support quote process
- Drive RFI and RFQ process, prepare and negotiate development contracts
- Ensure and provide outstanding technical support to the customer/region/assigned product(s)
- Ensure alignment with customer engineering, practice connectivity and networking
- Translate the VOC into the customer team, PL, functions
- Identifying opportunities and synergies for the customer
- Support the Key Account Team (urgencies, pre-informing matters, etc.)
- Provide technical expertise and guidance for ZF products in customer system environment
- Support product applications, testing, validations
- Coordinate diagnostic support to customer
- Coordinate and moderate field quality issues and 0-mile claims by the customer into the ZF production sites
Your Profile as Technical Sales Expert:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- Experience in product engineering
- Preferably experienced in vehicle function and product development/testing in the Commercial Vehicle Industry
- Experience in technical coordination and project management
- Broad knowledge on systems, components, system architectures of Commercial Vehicles preferred
- Knowledge of quality processes, including route cause definition and elimination
- Presentation & negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Turkish. Further foreign languages a plus
- Motivated to study something new
- Travelling within Türkiye, Middle East and Africa without restrictions
