Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer

We are looking for a Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer for our Sakarya location.

Qualifications:
 

• Bachelors’ degree in Engineering & Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a tier-one automotive supplier
• Proven experience of complex problem solving (8D methodology) and APQP/PPAP and Experience in working with the understanding of: PPAP, MSA, APQP, FMEA, SPC 
• Excellent written/verbal communication and reporting skills in English 
• Knowledge of different manufacturing technologies (casting, chemicals, rubber and plantics) 
• Living or willing to live in Sakarya or Kocaeli and No military obligation for male candidates

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with cross-functional teams to achieve timely resolution of supplier quality problems
• Own and manage day-to-day supplier quality (Production and Customer) issues until fully resolved and corrective actions are in place
• SDE on the definition and implementation of quality improvement plans, organize and conduct process audits at supplier sites 
• Support all aspects of New Product Introduction activities and supplier requests for change, including tracking and management of PPAP part approval to agreed delivery plan 
• Manage supplier cost recovery for parts per commodity
