Senior IDM Buyer (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Sr. IDM Buyer (m/f/d) at our location in Sakarya

Tasks:   

• Support the plant in purchasing activities (non-production materials) according to ZF Purchasing Group Directives, Policy and KPIs
• Respect the global commodity strategy in the plant
• Identify and leading cost reduction initiatives, optimizing local supplier base
• Analyze, challenge, and consolidate the stakeholder’s needs and negotiate, and approve shopping request
• Communicate with various functions in the plant, fluent English and Turkish skills

Profile:

• Degree in Engineering (would an advantage), Economics, Business Administration
• Fluent in Turkish and English; good communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Ability to work in a team and manage projects remotely, people-oriented, and independent
• Experience working in a matrix organization
