About the Team

We are expanding our Sales & Market team across Sakarya and looking for Sales Manager to join us in Sakarya with Division Commercial Vehicle Solutions.


What you can look forward to as Sales Manager:

  • Conduct market analyses, engage in activities to increase market share, identify existing business opportunities, and acquire new products and customers for TLM.
  • Monitor the performance of produced/sold parts (orders, shipments, prices, costs, profitability, quality performance, etc.), take measures to ensure their development within TLM and at the customer, and coordinate possible change management related to these parts.
  • Identify customer requests and expectations, organize and take measures to meet appropriate demands.
  • Measure, analyze, and report customer satisfaction, and ensure measures are taken to improve it by informing relevant departments.
  • Ensure fast, direct, and comprehensive information flow within TLM and ZF Group regarding customers and sales-related matters.
  • Prepare budgets, reports, analyses, strategies, forecasts, presentations, etc., related to customers, products, market, competitors, and general sales activities, and conduct activities related to these. Guide relevant departments based on this information.
  • Conduct offer/project studies related to new or potential parts (prepare costs, check capacity, make offers, present to customers, prepare and ship samples/prototypes, follow necessary procedures to bring parts into mass production, manage cost changes, convey customer feedback to TLM, follow necessary changes, prepare contracts, etc.).
  • Ensure the completion of activities related to the control, filling, and return/response of all kinds of contracts, documents, invoices, correspondence, etc., sent by the customer. Prepare, send, or ensure the sending of similar documents.
  • Ensure the maintenance and development of the relationship, information flow, and contact between the customer and TLM through customer visits and various meetings (meetings, visits, fairs, dinners, organizations, etc.).

Your profile as Sales Manager:

  • Graduated from Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration departments of universities.
  • Proficient in English, preferably also proficient in German as a second language.
  • At least 7 years of similar work experience in the automotive sector.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • No travel restrictions.
