Production Engineer

For our location Sakarya, we are looking for a Production Engineer.

Tasks: 

• To carrying out production fully and on time, in line with the production program, by using available resources in the most effective way,
• Follow,  develop and take measures for the compliance of the operators with absenteeism & quality & efficiency & discipline & 5S & waste & defect indicators
• Preparing and publishing the shift plan of the next week's production lines
• Ensures all activities are performed in compliance with ZF company standards and regulations and helps drive the safety environment,
• Collects and analyses statistical data of process downtime in the manufacturing such as TPM and OEE studies,
• Leads continuous improvement projects for manufacturing processes and equipment,
• Reducing costs and scraps through effective use of resources in production,
• Leading and taking an active role in production efficiency projects.
• Closely follow and carry out Occupational Safety improvement activities,

 Qualifications: 

• Graduation from mechanical, industrial etc engineering departments.
• Having a minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience in machining and assembly process
• Demonstrating advanced proficiency in English.
• Profound analytical and problem solving skills
• Embracing a commitment to continuous improvement with high motivation for learning.
• Exhibiting strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Demonstrating competence in problem-solving and eager to learn
