About the Team

We are expanding our Production-Manufacturing and Assembly team across Sakarya and looking for PU Leader to join us in Sakarya with Division Commercial Vehicle Solutions.

What you can look forward to as PU Leader:

• Disciplinary leadership of the production in the production unit (supervisors and teamleads)
• Leading the Production Unit Management Team
• Assure and ensure appropriate assets (manpower, equipment / infrastructure and materials) of the production unit are available and deployed to deliver the required and agreed operational performance.
• Ensure the organization to achieve daily (SFM Process), quarterly and annual (OP/SP) targets.
• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring a long-term vision for the Production Unit, supported by a detailed roadmap in line with the “ZF PS Way,” with clear links between actions and results.
• Preparing OP/SP and resource/infrastructure plans with their superior, based on ZF planning cycles.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers, product lines, and other functions for mutual benefit.
• Leading new product launches and transfers within the Production Unit.

Your profile as PU Leader:

• Expertise in Lean Management, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement.
• Minimum 5 years of solid experience in Operations and related functions.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience.
• Competence in transformation and organizational development.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
• Business and financial management acumen.
• Results-oriented mindset.
• In-depth knowledge of Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Production.
