About the team:

We are looking for a Launch Management Engineer for our Arifiye location

What you can look forward to as Launch Management Engineer:

Overall operational management of the launch in the late stage (Plant & Production Readiness)

• Request resources & establish plant launch team
• Request and clarify handover package from Division Launch Manager
• Update OLM project plan including Check Points  
• Control & manage the launch team via OLM Process (cockpit, checklists and templates) within the plant
• Communicate changes of targets & premises to the plant launch team 
• Regular reporting (including risk management) to GDPEP and plant organization
• Alignment with Divisional Launch Manager
• Safeguard smooth handover to series production

Overall responsibility for Production Readiness (PR Phase)

• Compliance with project targets
• Communicate changes to plant launch team and update OLM project plan  
• Organize and perform Check Point sign-off for OLM Check Points E-J 
• Compliance with OLM process and other directives / procedures
• Fulfills all responsibilities in early launch stage, if no Divisional Launch Manager is defined

Authority to instruct plant launch team members in the late stage (Production Readiness)

• Request the availability of team members
• Request results and deliverables status
• Take decisions and initiate escalations (GDPEP / Divisional Launch Manager / plant organization) 
• Prioritization of sub-targets in coordination with the plant launch team
• Represent Launch Team in GDPEP project 
• Sign-off member in Check Point D (Process Development)

Your Profile as Launch Management Engineer:

• Academic degree in technical field or equivalent 
• 2+ years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment
• Good understanding of relevant products & manufacturing processes
• Advanced skill set to analyze and solve problems, to present topics, run projects and build teams
• Very good oral and written communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Coaching skills
• Working knowledge of the GDPEP process
