HR Representative

Job Description

​​​​​​We are looking for a HR Representative for our Sakarya location.

Your Tasks:

• Provide administration support for a wide range of HR activities including supporting administration of monthly payroll, confirming changes to employment details and assists with all HR communications efforts
• Support the global drive for standardisation and digitalisation of HR processes
• Prepares routine and special reports by conducting necessary analysis of trends and identifying problem areas
• Implements new hire orientation and training
• Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Labour Economics and Industrial Relations (Master’s degree in Human Resources Management is preferred),
• At least 5 years experienced in human resources processes in multinational companies in production,
• Written and spoken fluency in English is a must,
• Having good knowledge of MS Office (Excell, Powerpoint, Word),
• Military service must be completed for male candidates.
