About the Team

We are expanding our Quality Management team across Sakarya and looking for Field Claims Analysis Engineer to join us in Arifiye/Sakarya with Division Commercial Vehicle Solutions.

What you can look forward to as Field Claims Analysis Engineer:

• Perform technical analysis on field (L1/L2) & 0-km (L1) claims. 
• Perform QR6S for each new failure mode detected, in line with QR6S process.
• Lead resolution of new failure modes with limited risks.
• Create 8D-Reports, and share LLC for new failure modes.
• Update Failure Mode Tracker (add new failure modes to known failures database).
• Maintain cooperation with PE team & FCM Team.
• Support escalations / join task force teams.
• Support RQE and sales teams by performing investigations on site at main customers.
• Drive NFF reduction with PE, customer contacts.

Your profile as Field Claims Analysis Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering departments.
• Deep product knowledge in relevant fields.
• Automotive experience in a matrix environment is an asset.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis tools such as 8D, FTA, and QR6S.
• Six Sigma certification is an asset.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
