Internship Intellectual Property & Innovation Management

We are looking for students (m/f/d) for ZF Wind Power in the Intellectual Property (IP) and Innovation Management team at our location in Antwerp (Belgium), starting their internship as soon as possible. 

 

Your tasks as Intern IP & Innovation Management (m/f/d):

  • Innovation management for future gearboxes/powertrains for wind turbines:
    • Support in defining and rolling out a structured innovation process
    • Technology trend scouting, deriving input for future product development
    • Assisting in the moderation & pre/postprocessing of product ideation campaigns/workshops
  • Intellectual property management:
    • Support in patent portfolio management
    • Patent search and analysis – deep-dive into specific technology fields as well as optimization of the search process by means of advanced (Artificial Intelligence) techniques
    • Preparing technology landscapes as input for innovation campaigns

 

Your profile as Intern IP & Innovation Management (m/f/d):

  • Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Innovation Management, or similar field of study
  • Basic knowledge of drive train technology, gearbox technology and digitalization is an advantage
  • You are interested in wind power technology
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, digital mindset, team spirit, analytical skills, quick comprehension, solution-oriented and independent working style and strong communication skills
  • Confident use of MS Office 365 as well as excellent communication skills in English
