We are reinforcing our HR Team in Andrézieux-Bouthéon (Loire)

 

Your tasks as HR Director (m/f/d):

  • As a member of the local Steering Committee, you will be supporting the Boutheon site management team in all HR-related topics with regard to legal and company rules as well as  economical point targets, and you will be advising the site management and operational managers on daily HR topics
  • Managing the HR-Team in the organization : Ensuring all timelines, regulations, company processes are met/compliant ; supporting the HR Corporate Team on all strategic and HR-relevant concepts and programs ; working closely with the HR community of the Group
  • Managing topics related to injuries and professional diseases with legal administration and juridictions
  • Ensuring the personal planning and capacity of the site including recruiting, salary structure, time management, qualification and personal development program (training and career development)
  • Steering of all information and negotiation with the unions, the works council, safety council and all other relevant 3rd parties for HR topics in a constructive context of transformation of the organization, as well as managing the according internal communication

 

Your profile as HR Director (m/f/d):

  • Diploma in Economics, Legal or similar sciences with a focus on HR-management
  • Profound professional experience in HR-Management on industrial sites
  • Excellent communication skills, negotiation competencies and assertiveness 
  • Very good knowledge of Cegid / HR tools, MS Office
  • Advanced French and English language skills
