We are looking for a new colleague in the Group Tax department at our location in Amsterdam.

About the Team:

As ZF’s global tax function we support and facilitate ZF’s global business operations by providing tax expertise for ongoing and planned business, as well as tax planning, structuring, support in corporate re-organizations and M&A, local tax audit support.

What you can look forward to as Transfer Pricing Specialist (f/m/d):

• Support in the design and feasibility / risk assessment of transfer pricing structuring options globally, including implementation of selected transfer pricing business models.
• Implementation/ revision of transfer pricing policies/group directives,
• Support operational divisions with the determination of transfer prices,
• Transfer-Pricing Documentation,
• Tax Audit defense (transfer pricing is a major focus in most tax audits worldwide)
• Address interface topics with other areas (e.g., customs, VAT, withholding-tax)

Your profile as Transfer Pricing Specialist (f/m/d):

• Ideally 4 + years of experience in Tax Transfer Pricing roles with strong exposure to tax-aligned supply chain management / business model optimization related issues (including IP structures and associated valuation methodologies), including either Big 4 Advisory or in-house at large global headquarter MNE
• University degree in law and/ or economics; certified tax advisor; “Diplom Finanzwirt”; postgraduate degree in international tax is a plus
• Technical knowledge of OECD, global and EU transfer pricing regulations and associated international tax issues
• Self-reliant and initiative taking; entrepreneurial mindset; assertiveness and team player
• Excellent oral and written skills in the English language, German is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to occasionally go on business travel
