We are looking for a new colleague in our department Global Tax Reporting and Risk Management at our location in Amsterdam

Your responsibilities as Tax Accounting Specialist (m/f/d):

• Responsible for the timely and accurate tax reporting in the monthly and quarterly closings 
• Analyze and review tax provisions submitted by our foreign affiliates and close cooperation with external auditors 
• Prepare and review effective tax rate, cash tax rate including peer group analysis 
• Support the operative planning process and projection of the effective tax rate 
• Active participation in the implementation and further development of the financial processes 
• Act as liaison and business partner with different parts of the global tax function, Divisions and regional finance organization 

Your qualifications as Tax Accounting Specialist (m/f/d):

• Bachelor degree in taxation, economics, business administration or a comparable background with a focus on taxation 
• Several years of professional experience in the tax organization at a multinational company or tax advisory/auditing firm 
• Good knowledge of IFRS, especially accounting for income taxes IAS 12, CPA or similar professional exam is a plus 
• Strong analytical skills, precise and reliable workflow as well as strong time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines
• Fluency in spoken and written English and good technical knowledge in MS office, especially Excel
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as positive, energetic and happy attitude to work in an international team
