About the Team:

We are looking for a Capital Market Financing Expert (m/f/d) to develop and implement an internal and external financing strategy to the IPO (new emision) in a new established team at our location in Amsterdam.

 

What you can look forward to as Manager (m/f/d) Corporate Financing:

  • Develop and implement an internal and external financing strategy 
  • Set up capital market financing (bonds, bank facilities, bonded loans) and ensure documentation. Manage working capital facilities (e.g. Factoring, SCF)
  • Manage intercompany financing (incl. planning, equity measures , dividend payments, loan agreements, transfer pricing documentation) in coordination with tax department
  • Coordinate reporting to banks and investors and support Group Accounting in financial reporting 
  • Perform financial evaluations and scenario analyses, e.g. in the context of strategic 
  • projects, M&A, lease-or-buy
  • Perform finance controlling, e.g. monitoring of relevant KPIs 

 

Your profile as Manager (m/f/d) Corporate Financing:

  • Studies in Business Administration or similar with several years’ work experience in Finance/Treasury
  • Very good language skills in English; German or other 2nd language preferred
  • Excellent understanding and experience in financial markets, capital market financing through bonds and bank loans
  • Flexibility, ability to work independently, capacity for teamwork, strong communication skills, resilience and authority in an international environment
  • Strong analytical skills and able to implement and improve efficient Treasury processes
