About the Team: 
We are looking for a new colleague in our department Commercial Audit (VAC) at our location in Amsterdam. Join our diverse and international Audit team and find yourself a great work spot in the beautiful city center of Amsterdam.  

What you can look forward to as Manager (m/f/d) Corporate Audit:

• Manage Commercial Audit activities in Amsterdam Hub, including driving staff recruitment, candidate interview, evaluation process and succession planning
• Mentor and develop subordinates through leadership and training
• Build up and maintain relationships with the local management team in Amsterdam
• Implement the tactical audit plan by managing audit projects and other engagements
• Participate in all aspects of the planning of audit engagements, using a risk-based approach to determine scope of procedures to be performed
• Monitor assigned audit projects, including fieldwork, review of working papers, communication of audit findings, etc.
• Conduct internal projects, e.g., in support of Corporate Audit continuous improvement program

Your profile as Manager (m/f/d) Corporate Audit:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or related discipline
• Professional audit experience of at least 8-10 years with minimum two years in a management role
• Good understanding of various process cycles in manufacturing companies
• Excellent communication, coordination and highly developed interpersonal skills working with all disciplines within the organization, independence, operational readiness, risk oriented, objectivity, flexibility and the ability to work under pressure as well as authority
• Analytical and process-oriented thinking, critical ability to judge as well as an entrepreneurial spirit
• Ability and desire to recruit and develop staff, providing critical and actionable Feedback
