Front Office Treasury Analyst (m/f/d)

About the team:

We are looking for a new colleague in our Global Treasury Front Office department at our location in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

ZF’s Global Treasury Front Office is a small but high impact team. It provides vital support to the business by managing the group’s cash and financial risks. This position reports to the Head of Global Front Office and works closely with colleagues in the team, the larger treasury organization, other ZF departments and banks. What you could expect as a Front Office Treasury Analyst (m/f/d):

• Manage regional FX and cash management activities, in order to optimize FX and interest result of the group
• Analyze cash forecast, determine and execute most efficient short-term financing, investment and FX transactions to ensure cash is available where, when, and in the right currency needed with minimal negative foreign currency or tax exposure
• Analyze, determine and execute the most efficient hedging transactions to reduce FX Cash Flow and Balance Sheet exposures, in line with defined risk thresholds
• Work closely with international banks and internal stakeholders
• Support accurate cash forecasting, liquidity reporting, and maintain treasury best practices
• Support the digitalization and optimization of treasury processes and systems

Your profile as Front Office Treasury Analyst (m/f/d):

• Degree in Treasury/Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or data science qualification
• 0–5 years of relevant experience in cash management, foreign exchange, or working with treasury management systems, ideally in an international environment 
• A hands-on, proactive mindset with the ability to work reliably under tight deadlines
• Strong team and communication skills, strong interest in financial markets and process automation
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
