About the team:
We are looking for a new colleague in our small, but unique Commercial Real Estate Management & Governance team at our location in Amsterdam to be responsible for the electrical services of our plants globally.
What you can look forward to as Electrical Engineer (m/f/d) for Energy Supply:
- International project management across all project phases of a utilities project (from demand phase till hand over), including setup, management of project teams and contractors, act as representant of the company
- Scheduling of designing, procurement, construction phases as well as controlling of budget and qualities
- Develop M&E specifications for industrial green- and brownfield projects in cooperation with the user, conduct design management
- Coordinate procurement of work and services in collaboration with purchasing department, compiling bidder lists, coordinate RfP, define specifications of the project, support in contract development
- Take over role as corporate energy manager; implement, lead or support relevant projects, develop referring standards to measure or optimize energy consumption/generation
Your profile as Electrical Engineer (m/f/d) for Energy Supply:
- Degree in M&E, electrical or utilities
- Several years experiences in project management, preferable in an international environment
- Experience in ESG, especially energy management and CO2 reduction
- Fluent English; basic knowledge of the German language would be an advantage
- Open-Minded, Hands-On, extraordinary communication skills and the ability to work with different stakeholders and to manage several projects at the same time
