We are looking for a new colleague in Sales Systems & Processes at our location in Alfdorf alt. Friedrichshafen, Aschau, Aschaffenburg or Munich.


About the Team:

Sales Systems & Processes is the global governance function over all sales & market-related IT applications and business processes. Its intercultural team serves as interface and project manager between the sales organization, internal & external IT developers, other functions in the Passive Safety organization and our customers. Key objective is to create a lean and productive working environment which ideally supports sales teams and other functions in their daily work, assures high quality standards and customer satisfaction.

What you can look forward to as Sales System & Business Process Owner CRM - SalesCore (m/f/d): 

  • Permanent review & optimization of CRM-system SalesCore (SC) & related processes for Passive Safety Systems (PSS)
  • Guide conception & implementation of changes, foster connectivity & integration into PSS toolchain
  • Ensure smooth transition & go-live of SC in standalone organization coordinating PSS & corp. stakeholders
  • Translate business/organizational needs into change requirements and drive their implementation
  • Manage, analyze and align organizational/commercial needs (milestones/process) along IT systems 
  • Project management involving Commercial Mgmt./Sales teams and internal/external IT partners
  • Conceptualize & lead the development of frontends in Microsoft Power-BI, Power-Apps & similar solutions
  • Perform user management


What we expect from you as Sales System & Business Process Owner CRM - SalesCore (m/f/d): 

  • Bachelor or Master in business administration, industrial engineering or related field, ideally with strong IT focus
  • 5 years of working experience in similar area (IT project mgmt., change mgmt., process mgmt.)
  • Understanding of automotive sales & reporting process (B2B)
  • Strong business acumen and ability to lead in cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytic skills, data-driven, flexible and self-motivated
  • Ideally skills in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power-BI/Power-Apps 
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
  • Ability to travel if required
