We are looking for a new colleague for our Legal Department at our location in Alfdorf, Aschaffenburg, Laage or Friedrichshafen.

 

Tasks:

  • Comprehensive counseling of Division Passive Safety Systems, including all Business Units thereof Seat Belt System (SBS), Inflatable Restraint Systems and Steering Wheel Systems
  • Advising in a wide range of agreements, in particular for purchasing and sales contracts as well as cooperation and nondisclosure agreements
  • Participation in discussions about product performance
  • Contact for the implementation of appointments of Managing Directors and agents as well as for questions related to corporate law
  • Support of the Compliance function including trainings, investigations and policy implementation
  • Support of Division wide legal advice


Profile:

  • Fully qualified German lawyer
  • At least five years experience in internal law firm or legal department of a multinational company
  • Very good command of English and German
  • Good understanding of commercial issues, corporate law, and ideally automotive products and the automotive sector
