We are looking for a new colleague in our team "IT Workplace, Infrastructure, Application Platforms" at our location in Alfdorf. 
 

What you can look forward to as IT WIO Applications Platforms Lead (m/f/d):

• Leading and managing the global unit “Application Platforms” with the goal of running economic, secure, and technologically appropriate application platforms, to ensure the operation incl. maintenance, changes and support for all strategic application in a hybrid environment.
• Design, evaluation, delivery and support of  HR,  Finance,  Engineering and Production infrastructure applications platforms (Middleware SW,  MES,  IAM, etc) support on SAP infrastructure with third party vendor, support Job scheduling and special automation
• Ensure that the right identities get access to the right assets at the right time for the right reasons as well as working together with our External Partner on IAM and IM.
• Work together with Vendor Management and external Application Hosting Service Provider on SLA Monitoring.
• Continuously enhancing Application Platforms to enable new application technologies & services.
• Manage professionally external suppliers related to Application Platform services.
• Accountable for Application Platforms Business Services and Application Platform Security improvement, monitoring and consulting.
• Creation of global IT standards and guidelines for Application Platforms and ensure adherence.

What we expect from you as IT WIO Applications Platforms Lead (m/f/d):

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or engineering is required                                          
• Solid base on IT Infrastructure, including Networking and Servers management
• Financial Background - Budgeting  - Forecast -  Vendor Management
• Critical thinking, communication, and research skills
• Minimum 4 years professional experience preferred
• Executive IT Management professional and Long-term leadership experience preferrable
• Business and political empathy
