We’re seeking a driven professional who has experience in marketing, building brand awareness and supporting campaign development. If you thrive on brainstorming, planning, collaboration, and are results-driven, come join our team of experienced automotive Marketing Communications professionals at ZF Group!
 
Support in marketing strategy development & execution
•    Research and implement market leading promotional tactics to advance product and brand awareness 
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate, understand, and prioritize program activities
•    Support in the execution the Commercial Vehicle Aftermarket marketing plan to support strategic goals - including messaging approach, campaign strategy, budget management and metrics
•    Determine tactic/channel mix for campaigns, focusing on both internal and external audiences 
•    Leverage data analytics to determine efficient marketing tactics and how to optimize performance
•    Manage relationships with outside vendors/agencies as appropriate

 

Key program & product launch support
•    Support marketing and communications strategy for key aftermarket service initiatives including training, technical support, premium services 
•    Support product marketing team in launch of new products/services and driving additional demand of existing products/services
•    Devise strategy using traditional and digital tactics for campaigns

 

Event support
•    Support messaging strategy, promotional plan for key industry events
 
Experience & Skills
•    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
•    1-3 years related experience
•    Marketing and sales knowledge
•    Business and customer focused mindset
•    Ability to work independently to complete tasks and projects in a proactive manner
•    Commercial vehicle or automotive experience a plus
•    Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
•    Adobe Creative Cloud a plus
•    Salesforce CRM / Pardot marketing automation a plus
•    Microsoft Teams a plus
