Due to dynamic growth, we are strengthening technical project management in the ADAS Aftermarket engineering department at our location Wroclaw.
 
Your tasks:

• Ensure the planning and execution of engineering projects in accordance with the ZF development processes as well as within the agreed time, quality and costs;

• Represent Aftermarket Engineering during technical meetings with suppliers, from around the world, and workshops;

• Coordinate engineering works in development projects through all project phases as well as performing of gate reviews;

• Project controlling of internal development budgets and reporting to management;

• Requirements management including the analysis of project-related requirements;

• Problem and risk management during the project and technical coordination with internal & external stakeholders.

 
Your profile:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering or similar course of study paired with a good understanding of business administration;

• At least 3 years of experience in product development, ideally in the automotive / automotive industry;

• Experience in project management, knowledge of risk and change management is an advantage;

• Open-minded attitude, flexibility, persistence, team player, high degree of independence;

• Knowledge of ADAS technologies and E-Mobility is an advantage;

• Understanding the specifics of the aftermarket is an advantage;

• Driving license category B;

• Very good knowledge of Polish and English language.
