Controlling Analyst

Tasks:

• Key user for the steering concept and recommend areas to improve accuracy and consistency of data across RU’s. Be the key contact person in case of allocation questions on increasing trends.
• Support domain controllers to help create transparency of KPI’s for their areas and analysis support.
• Provide recommendations to Finance leadership in a decision-oriented manner
• Support Aftermarket business/ functional area with accounting/ controlling tasks (including e.g., planning/ budgeting of functional cost, reporting in line with Group requirements, controlling of cost and respective performance KPIs)
• Contribute to further development of sale and margin transparency identifying areas to improve and facilitate the process for SP/OP/FC.
• Make clear areas to improve using the steering concept relating to data accuracy and initiate action with the RU controllers (such as rebate accuracy);
• Support performance management team members with ad-hoc support on their daily tasks.

Profile:

• Master degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration;
• Deep knowledge of financial, accounting and controlling methods and processes, with 3+ years of professional experience in relevant field;
• Ability to analyze complex issues, prepare and present recommendations in a decision-oriented manner to Finance leaders;
• Proven organizational and first project management ability;
• Strong performance orientation and will to develop through own initiative;
• Preferably general knowledge of Automotive Aftermarket business;
• Proficient IT skills with expertise in MS Office, SAP FI/CO/BW, SAP Analytics and preferably BI tools (Power BI);
• International experience in studies or profession with high proficiency in English.
