Business Analyst Responsibilities​

•  Gather, review, and analyze business data, including KPIs, financial reports, and other key metrics using data analytics tools​

•  Liaise between various business departments and groups, eg between users/ customers and data owners​

•  Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling​

•  Co-create data governance model across Div. B operations to ensure consistent data quality​

•  Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes, and operations​

Business Analyst Skills and Qualifications​

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field ​

• Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements, and operational decisions​

• Understanding of complex data environments and ability to derive creative solutions to problems​

• Expertise in mapping and automating processes and creating reports using systems like PowerApps/ PowerBI / Tabular (mandatory)​

• Expertise with Python, Pandas or Databricks, and Azure Data Factory (desired)

Monthly salary from € 1 980 (including basic salary component * and bonuses). The possibility of being offered a higher salary for this position depends on qualifications and experience.
