Sales Support Assistant

We are currently expanding our team in Shanghai and looking for new colleagues who will join our company at  location Shanghai Xuhui.

Your Tasks:

• Receive and process customer orders.
• Actively track, understand the product delivery and inventory, and timely feedback information
• Communicate and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication channels and provide efficient services for customers
• Good execution ability, in strict accordance with the specifications and procedures of the work or related operations
• Share information with supervisor, provide process improvement basis and optimization suggestions.

Your Profile:

• Ensure attendance for 3 days or more per week for 6 months
• Undergraduate or post-graduate student
• Customer orientation
• Strong in Logical, Extroverted, Can work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills across internal and external stakeholders
• Good with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint
• Ability to adapt to complex management models and related processes
