Sales Engineer - Agriculture Machinery

We are sourcing a new colleague Sales Engineer - Agriculture Machinary Systems for our Division Industrial Technology at our location of Songjiang District, Shanghai. 

 

 

Your tasks

  • Actively driving and managing the assigned customers for ZF Agricultural Machinery Systems in China.

  • Support the development of Sales and Product Strategies for the assigned market and execute them.

  • Be responsible for the Sales Plans for the assigned market/customers and implement all possible actions to achieve them.

  • Closely cooperate with Passau and Luoyang teams for customers’ and products’ related issues.

  • Execute regular customers’ visits to understand their strategies/ needs and foster relationship.

  • Lead and coordinate cross function team to meet customers' demand and drive the business with profitable growth.

 

Your profile

  • Minimum 2-5 years sales experience in to B business, facing clients roles, Off-highway industry or agriculture machinery industry is preferred. 

  • Bachelor's degree or above, fluent English and local language Chinese skills. 

  • Be able to work independently and with good team work spirits.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Proactive in problem solving.

  • Able to be stable and productive under pressure and adverse conditions.

  • Available for business trips in China with at least his/her 50% time, and travel to Germany (if necessary).

  • Fluent mandarin and relevant work experience in China
