We are currently expanding our team in Shanghai and looking for new colleagues who will join our company at  location Shanghai Xuhui.

Your Tasks:

• Support to check and send VAT-output invoices to China Customers
• Check the payment application form and hard copy reimbursement.
• Support fixed assets and inventory physical checking/management
• Participate routine inventory scrapping process.
• Support financial analysis and data collection, consolidation.
• Support Legal &Compliance contract review and comparison, translation.
• Support internal/external audit
• Support IT related project
• Support tax related issues( Non-trade payment contract registration, submission)

Your Profile:

• Ensure attendance for 3 days or more per week for 3- 6 months
• Undergraduate or post-graduate student in Finance/legal/ IT will be preferred
• Interest in finance & Controlling & Legal & compliance & IT related works.
• Good with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint; Power BI skills of advantage
• Ability to communicate effectively across different stakeholders
• Fluent spoken and written English
• With finance and business controlling sense.
• Data analytics skills of advantage
• Being open & curious
