Incoming Quality Engineer

We are looking for a new colleague in the Commercial Vehicle Solutions Department at our location in Saitama.

Your Tasks:

• Conduct Supplier quality management 
• Enter / Manage data of inspection result to / with SAP
• Create Inspection Report
• Write 8D/QR6S (Quick Response 6 Sigma) reports
• Communicate with responsible OPU(Operating Product Unit) / suppliers people
• Support root cause analysis and development of countermeasure 
• Facilitate RCCA (Root Cause and Corrective Action)as needed
• Confirm closure of issues and prevent recurrence

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related 
• 5 years of working experience in Quality Management
• Basic Knowledge of IATF-16949 Quality Management system
• Data entry and administration by using SAP experience
• Technical and Process knowledge on Mechanical and Electronics
• Communication skill in English and Japanese
