Responsibilities

• Guide and coach employees٫ monitoring their productivity
• Knowledge of automotive quality and processes.
• Production scheduling and monitoring (lines)
• Production KPI monitoring and compliance (efectivity, productivity)
• Establish daily٫ weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
• Prepare reports on performance and progress and present them to sentior managers
• Detect issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
• Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• Desirable Profesionnal 
• Desirable Automotive experience
• +3 years of experience in Production Process - 
• Basic Knowledge in Quality Systems, IATF, 5's, ISO 14001 y 45001 and Industrial Security concepts.
• Communication at all levels
• Leadership skills
• Positive attitude
