We are looking for an SQA with extensive experience in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:
•    Monitoring of the annual supplier audit plan.
•    Notification to suppliers of changes in the quality system.
•    Planning and execution of the annual revalidation program.
•    Issuance of claims and charges to supplier.
•    Attend audits carried out by clients and certifying bodies.
•    Coordinate inspection, receipt and quarantine activities.
•    Participate in effective problem-solving processes.
•    Release of components.

Requirements:
•    Engineering (Graduate).
•    Advanced English.
•    Requirements of the client.
•    Customer portals (BMW and GM).
•    Core Tools.
•    Analysis of problems / Complaints to supplier.
•    IATF and BIQs.
•    Supplier material verification.
•    Knowledge of assembly process / component manufacturing.
•    Measurement knowledge.
•    Knowledge of documentation for sampling.
•    Monitoring of audit plans
•    KPIS management.
•    Minitab.
