Your Tasks:

• Maintain catalog data of the assigned product group within catalog application CDB. To fulfill this task the relevant TecDoc guidelines need to be considered as well as the current valid catalog data maintenance processes and guidelines.
• Catalog data maintenance by using an Oracle based application. A transparent and technical correct catalog data maintenance safeguards the receipt of the honor TecDoc certified data supplier (CDS) and is essential for a transparent part identification through our customers. The catalog data maintenance policy limits the own creativity, but is very extensive (comparable with an own language)
• Responsible of the print catalog creation for the assigned product groups, Complete new development of catalog layouts (according to demand), central contact person for Product Management and IT department, Safeguard the on time availability of the print catalogs. Supply technical input for the creation of the catalog illustrations.
• Review of requirements concerning catalog media (print, online, etc.) dispatched by Sales department and Product Management. After review and approval a definition of suitable layouts is done in cooperation with the teams Data Intelligence and/or IT.

   
Your Profile:

• 5-8 Years of experience in Parts Management / Catalog Data Management
• Strong knowledge in Automotive segment
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Analytical thinking
• Excellent English communication skills
