ZF is looking for an AI Innovation Facilitator Intern to coordinate our dynamic team of AI Engineering Interns in Monterrey towards groundbreaking achievements in artificial intelligence. This unique internship is designed for an individual with a strong foundation in AI and a passion for mentoring peers.

The AI Innovation Facilitator will be responsible for steering the direction of project work, fostering an environment of creativity and innovation, and ensuring the team's efforts align with the latest AI trends and technologies. Responsibilities:

• Innovation Management: Foster an innovative environment where creative solutions are encouraged and explored. Ensure the team is constantly pushing the boundaries of what's possible in AI.
• Strategic Planning: Define and implement strategic project plans that resonate with the latest AI advancements and organizational goals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and stakeholders to integrate AI solutions across the organization, ensuring projects meet business needs.
• Research and Development: Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and related fields. Encourage and oversee research initiatives within the team.
• Problem-Solving: Lead the team in troubleshooting and solving complex problems, encouraging innovative approaches and solutions.

Requirements:

• Education: Currently in the final year of a Bachelor’s degree in Innovation and Development Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mechatronics, Robotics or a related field with a significant AI component.
• Leadership Potential: Strong leadership qualities with the ability to mentor, inspire, and drive a team of peers towards achieving the project goals.
• Innovative Thinking: A forward-thinking mindset with an inclination towards innovation and problem-solving, with the ability to foster this within a team.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish, capable of conveying complex concepts clearly, facilitating effective team collaboration and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to new challenges, technologies, and project requirements in a dynamic environment.
• Passion for AI: A genuine enthusiasm for artificial intelligence, machine learning, and technological innovation.
• Experience and Skills: Demonstrable knowledge of AI, machine learning, or related fields, whether in academic projects, clubs, or previous internships is a plus.
