Principal Plant Quality Engineer

Responsibilities:

• MSA implementation and control

• Control, monitoring and development of KPIS of the area (FPY, PPM, Scrap)

• Control and monitoring of SPC, CPK's,

• Lead meetings with the cross-functional team to solve problems.

• Solution of problems derived from the process

• Ability to develop product validation tests

• Interpretation of plans

Requirements:

• Engineering education

• +8 years of experience as an Engineer in the quality area

• +5 years of experience in the Automotive Industry

• Bilingual English-Spanish, minimum 80%

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and knowledge of electronics

• Knowledge of IPC/ESD – Clean Room. Knowledge of IPC (electronic industry standard) desirable

• Knowledge and application of IATF 16949. Knowledge of laboratory measurement and testing equipment

• CORE TOOLS: Intermediate to advanced knowledge
