    • To allocate manpower as per production requirement
    • To improve quality, reduce scrap, achieve productivity
    • To map the manufacturing capacity and demand and to ensure the capacity to meet the demand.
    • To plan the process, facilities and tooling for the new products and product variants and prove them.
    • To actively participate in Production Part Approval Process.
    • To eliminate process related failure modes for new products and product variants
    • To develop competency of members in process planning and proving by identifying training needs and arrange for training.
    • To closely work with Operation, Quality & Project team for training of operators, team leaders, resolving ramp up and quality issues, project delivery monitoring.
