Your tasks:

The objective is to identify and apply the best solutions used in operational practice to secure and strengthen our market position.

• Researching, evaluating, and preparing information on competitor e-drives and powertrains as well as systems
• Examining and analyzing components with respect to materials, design-engineering aspects and manufacturing and production processes
• Documenting and managing the related information in a benchmarking database.
• Evaluating the benchmarking data, deriving recommended courses of action with the aim of improving our products

Your profile:

• Completed course of B.E or B.Tech, preferably with a major in mechanical or mechatronics engineering
• Knowledge in the fields of machine elements and propulsion technology, with at least 4 years of professional experience in design engineering or similar
• Knowledge of design and functioning electrical powertrain-systems and their components
• Computing experience with standard Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook
• Good Experience with ProE / CREO required.
• Fluent knowledge of spoken and written English
